Went to HDB Clementi Branch office to inform them about my mother's death, and my intention to change the name of the tenant and carry on renting. They assured that it shouldn't be a problem, and my application is now being put up for approval to HQ.

I am now being classified as single "orphan". Based on the divorce, my custody went solely to my mother. And thus with her passing, i am now techincally a "orphan" though my father is still around.

But well as least my housing need is more or less settled, pending the HQ reply.

As least the most impt thing is down. Will take other matters slowly one step @ a time. Will take a short nap before heading to my sister place for 7th day prayers. My bro in law said that she will be coming "home" on the 7th day, which is 1 may, tml. And thus this prayers and offerings, my bro in law want to do it @ 0000hrs onwards tonight.

Hmmm well no comments. But it kinda make senses to do it @ late night too. Anyway he's in charge, so let him make the call. I free-thinker, and due to the "lack of experience", i dunno what to do, buy, etc.
