As advised by my physiotherapist, i must start to test my limits abit, and start light jogging, cant stop. And so i followed his ^%*^%&^ instruction, and ended up having a "pig" ankle again. Now i guess that it's not the problem whether i have the determination of making a comeback. It now depends on my ankle. Yes i can do light & short duration of jogging, but what's the point of doing it, and ended up having a painful and swollen ankle for a few days?

My ex-boss came back to the formation today to loan something for display for the museum project. He asked me to lose weight. Hahaha. And seriously think about my future.

But seriously what i can do? He's kinda asking me not to take advantage of my injury & sit on it. But what can i do beside that? Pretend everything's alright, and go back to chiong with a bad ankle? I also hope to go back to chiong, but my ankle is not in the right shape.

If i am happy in my shoes and postion, something is very wrong of me. I am trying and hoping for a speedy recovery, but apparently i am just not getting it.

Maybe surgery is not really a smart option. But it's a gamble. I dun regret my decision.
The other day at physio, i saw 2 guys that underwent simliar operation, reconstruction of ACL. The guy after 8 weeks is walking/running/cycling just like any normal person. The guy after 5 weeks still rely on crutches when walking, struggling to even cycle one revolution on the bike. A classic example of surgery can do wonders, or a total disaster.

Mine isn't exactly a total disaster, i will be back. But maybe i need to discuss with the therapist of alternative recovery plan.

I will be back.
