Just back from the SGRunners' CBD Run 1st anniversary celebration. Showed face today since it's a special occasion, and basically have to bring K to join the group for her first run. Well stayed at the sideline again, still cannot run. But today quite a few forum members didn't join in the run, just came for the food, opps, i mean company and celebration. The attendance is great, easily over 30 people tonight.

Hmmm since i received some feedback/concerns, i decided to clarify abit. The determination of the degree of permanant disability is just a standard procedure for a service injury, they require it to determine how much is the compensation, if there is any. It's not that my ankle is gone case liao. I am okay, just that i am still not back into running yet, maybe i am just taking a bit longer time. But i know i will bounce back & strongly believe that i will be back soon.
