Easing back

After taking a long break, I am slowly easing back into training mode at the worst place that you can think of. Running in camp after AHM is kinda good, the distance is reasonably short, and the pace to hit is reasonable (equal or under 7 mins/km) but definitely faster than what I usually jog outside (8-9mins/km). So every run is kinda a challenge for me to meet the timing. But this is what pushes me each time.

I am not particularly ambitious, I just hope to sustain my training. I have not been disciplined enough to train regularly. Any PB till year end is just a bonus to me.

The long long rest is good. Perhaps I should not rush myself back back then so fast after those injuries and struggling to run. I may be still slow, but the feeling thus far is good. But nah I am not going to set any ambitous targets, you would probably see me in a few short races before I jet off for my overseas posting in a few months time.
