R2unners Training

I am back training with my former SP track team mates. And it's my first time back in MacRitchie since going for the surgery, and actually my first time doing the longer route in there. I have been avoiding running on rough terrains, and the reason is obvious. My operated ankle is quite sore after the run from all the twisting yesterday afternoon, haha but real it isn't that bad that I have expected. I guess with weekly training at MacRitchie, the ankle will be accustomed to it I hope.

Why did I join R2unners instead of SGRunners for training? Being a really slow runner nowadays is one, it took me 93 mins to complete the run cum walk as my ankle adapts, and of coz there is this wonderful coach Robin who is so nice to wait 2 hours for the slowest to return. And it's all for free - it's all about the passion.

I hope to commit myself for the training every week.
