I dun think i need to write what i did on sat. What can i say is the show is getting better and better by the week, especially as the VVIP is getting more important each week.
I decided to skip BG run as i wasn't sure if i can keep up. And the "fear" came true as i tried running along Ulu Pandan Canal. It was my 1st run on concrete surface, and the result wasn't great. I had to stop after 1.6k and adopt the walk/jog tactic on my way back.
Maybe it's the concrete, maybe my ankle isn't used to that kind of impact here. Maybe it's the sun, i have not run in the day for a very long time since my operation. Maybe it's my stamina, i was breathing hard and fast.
Back to the drawing board - maybe i shall stay to running on track for the months to come.
