Back to normal...

I am talking about myself... not her...

She sent me a msg threatening to end all 5 lives in the morning... Then not long later send a msg that they will be back in the next few days, dun call the police...

Well i went work today despite my bad mood (understandable), well because i have a one day course scheduled for the day, die die must go because it's related to my job scope for the next few months...

My counsellor suddenly contacted me during the day, wanted to close my case. So timely i was in the same building having course. Actually it was some sort of a mistake, i actually last saw her 14 months ago, but i think i defaulted one appt 12 months ago becoz of some reason that i cant remember already. Then like that just "drag" for 12 months until she is clearing her cases file as she's giving birth soon.

So since i was already in the building, i decided to go to the office after the course. And just nice, she have no "patient", and so with the intention of closing the case, she wanted to speak to me.
So timely, i decided to tell her everything that is happening.

So as professional, her advice to me is to get my sis to seek medical treatment (top priority)

And so no closed case liao. She would like to provide advice on her side for my sis. And she would like to follow up on me just in case - she knew that i bound to have complicated feelings - i guess anyone will have a certain degree somehow.

Well i will see how best i can do...
