Lazy Sunday

After i blogged the earlier entry, i went back to sleep until 1pm. Then i went down to have lunch before coming back home and slack, watching tv until 5pm. Then i went down again to have my hair cut until short short. Well it's part of my job "requirement". Hahahaha. Then i went back home to cook my dinner. Finally put my steamer to use for the first time. Result not bad lah, finally have a decent home-cooked food for years, though there is a lot of room for improvement.

Well didn't went anywhere today coz i realise my next duty is approaching soon again. Hahaha. Decided to rest today because next weekend doesn't really feel like a weekend. I am doing a Sat one, means that got to rest early on fri nite, and only come out on Sun, and if i guess correct, i would be sleeping on Sunday afternoon after dropping by at BG run in the morning after i book out. And very soon, it's back to work on Mon. Hahaha.

Power orh, i already planned one week in advance. Hahaha.

Tml will be my 5th physio. Into the 5th week of the rehab phase. The progress so far is good. The pain is getting less and far between. Though i still have to be careful, it hurts upon heavy landing from steps, especially from buses. And of coz on the uneven surfaces, the ankle still will hurts.
The physio workouts have increased. Balancing has been introduced into the workout. And i can tell you that my balancing has improved quite a lot since the operation. I was having problems balancing after i torn my ligament. Now really can see the improvement. Can even throw ball while balancing liao, something that i cannot do before the operation.
And i can cycle longer and more already.

Though the start of the recovery is horrendous, took me quite a while before i start walking but now it seems to be on track already. The target of 3 months back into sports set by the surgeon 1 month ago now seems achieveable.
But as i always mentioned, i will not rush myself back. Jogging/Running is different, the amount of stress/pressure applied on the ankle is going to be much more that what i have been doing. It's something that i will not rush myself to do. Maybe 2 months down the road then i will try. But i guess i will go very very slow in the beginning.

Oh i miss the feeling of running. Arhhhhhhhhhh.
