Have my 5th session today. I am doing more workouts. Both for ankle, and knees. My physiotherapist is saying that i am still limping slightly, without myself realising the limp. So he's trying to get me to work off the limp by working on not only for the ankle, but also the knee. The only "fear" that the therapist has is that i will keep the slight limp as i recovered. So the immediate plan is to elminate the limp.
So still no jogging yet.
Mood has been swinging again. I dunno. I lost control of my bearings yet again. It's up to me to steer my wheel back.
