Day 120

Have my 6th physio session. The physiotherapist today is Ben, back from his 3 months no-pay leave. Seeing him, i have this complicated feeling. He was the one who thought i "keng", and motivated me run with a torn ligament. Opps. Hahaha. But seeing him now, i somehow feel that he might be the right person to bring me back to sports.

Once he knows that it is day 120. He makes me jog on the spot for 10mins. My right ankle is okay, but my right calves started to protest just after 2 mins. But well somehow i managed to finish the 10 mins (not bad for someone who didn't run for 4 months). And more balancing on my operated leg - bending down while on a leg, catching ball while on a leg. Definitely more intense than what i have done in the past 5 weeks. And i broke the mileage on the cycle -6.1km using the same resistance as last week, last week i only did 5.3km in the same time.

And he has given the go-ahead to start very slow jogging on track.
I dunno if it's the right move. But since my recovery has "stucked", starting to slow jog might be the way to go.

But Ben has told me to go slow. So i think i am going to ninja first. I dun care about the timing now. Even i need to take 3-4 mins just to complete 400m, it's fine with me. I am going to start from the very basics.

So i will be back soon. Slow and Steady.
