Thundercat chasing mouse

I am really tired after this evening's run. I went back to SP track for a short run. I was a bit late so Tiwazz has already started his workout. Didn't want to waste time just a short stretch, and I started running. I wanted to do a slow one, but haha i didn't want to control my muscles too much. So I just let my legs go.

I was into my 600m when Tiwazz commenced another set of 2.4km, so I was 200m behind. I didn't mean to give chase, but my pace was slightly faster, so I was closing him with every laps I go. But remember that it was my first set, and that was already his 2nd or 3rd set. I didn't manage to overtake him in the end but it was great following his pace. I ended my chasing after completing 3km myself. So ended up that the pace was 6:30mins/km, if only I could keep up with him longer. But I cannot complain much, for someone who is more used to be running as 8, 9 mins/km nowadays, it just feels great to be able to keep up for that distance.

Yeah it was my first timed sesson for this 2 weeks. Basically I am torn whether to resume Coach's workout. There is some formula to follow but his training is not meant to tire you out so that you can still run the next day. Yes it has both faster and slower pace, shorter dist and longer dist but his training methods is based on regular running and on a daily basis. I can see the benefits of the training but I think that it is a huge challenge and really really good time management for me to make it happen.

So I guess I will modify his trainings along the way to suit my schedule I guess. But for this couple of weeks, I think I will still be doing short 3, 4km to build up my base first.

Back to home, I guess that's it. I cannot remember the exact year liao, but I am guessing that it was 1997 or 98 when I brought my refrigerator. To save power, I switched off the main power of the refrigerator before I depart to Germany. It has been close to 2 weeks since I am back and switch on the power. It's running but it's not cold at all even when I turned it to the coldest. I guess that is it for the fridge. I dunno man. I can afford to buy a new but definitely a smaller fridge coz I am under utilizing the current one, but given that there is the possibility that I might not be able to keep the rental flat, and move in with my father, or whoever. Thus I am not sure if I want to spend that kind of money. So haha I guess that I would make do with what I have till I have a clearer picture. But with another yearly increment due in Nov just before the renewal of the rental flat lease in Dec/Jan, i think that I already have the answer. This upcoming extension would be a very ultra difficult challenge, given the emphasis on income.

But I am also kinda sick and tired of this worry every two years, I hope to resolve this housing matter but it is going to be difficult. I am neither here nor there, I am considered too well off to rent the flat under Public Rental Scheme anymore. But I cannot qualify to buy as single citizen as I am still many years from 35, and the orphan scheme, well I do not have any more unmarried siblings and there is also the very technical question of whether I should be considered as orphan. My parents are divorced, my custody was my late mother's. So am I considered orphan in term of laws?

I am not discounting myself from renting a room somewhere. But I would first need to get rid of a lot of belongings.

So the conclusion? I think I better find a gf fast to get married and apply for a flat. Hahahahahaha. =P
