A drunk man...

Well kinda having a massive hangover after 2 nights of drinking.

Friday night was having the farewell celebration. Basically the dates is getting nearer and nearer le. There are two departures, one is on 17th Feb - immediately after Lunar New Year and then is 3rd Mar. I would on be the latter flight, and only be coming back to Singapore on around 16th May. Farewell celebration was with the beer but not all turn up. The organiser already opened up two cartons of beer and thus cannot be sold back, so hahaha just drink loh. I drank more than 2 litres of beer, but the interesting part is that I techincally still working. I got to clear the place of food and rubbish, and lock up the place, etc.

Haha it was a challenge but it is nonetheless fun. Haha.

Woke up rather early on Sat morning at 4 plus. Decided to order Mac Breakfast and makan, as I have not fully recovered from the sober stage. After eating, I went back to sleep, only waking up at 12 noon, the time is alright if it is another weekend but not good enough for this weekend. Got to have a quick lunch and rushed to Bedok Methodist Church for Balasing's church wedding. See many old friends from SGRunners, didn't really count but should be close to 20 of us. Many are curious about me missing in actions from the signature event of SGRunners, Banana Relay last weekend. Well decided to go for the YEC workplan instead, now thinking back, maybe could have went for both. But hahaha life is all about choices.

It is my first time attending church wedding so I got to confess honestly, I am kinda not used to it. I always have this weird feeling when in church. My head will go into spinning mode. Haha. None not because of hangover or what, it is not my first time having the same feeling. Maybe I have sinned too much. Haha.

After the proceeding, have the 1st round of the buffet for the day. Haha didn't eat much coz I am still full from my very late lunch and also I knew I got another round of buffet to come for the day.

I was in formal clothes for Balasing's wedding. As it was still early for my next event, decided to went back home to change before proceeding to my big uncle's place. It was my nephew's birthday - basically he is the only 4G Chua that the family has, and the natural heir to the family business, which my tang ge is running.

Even got a banner made.

Even have chefs serving the guests.

Tried the raw oysters for the first time.

Well I heard the cost is 66 per pax... Hmmm... We haven include the drinks, beers, banner, cake, decoration, etc. Given that there are around 120 guests and immediate family members, I just estimate the total cost of the celebration to be 10k for a birthday celebration... That's like my 5 months salary all gone in a night...

So you know the difference between the rich and the poor. Haha I am so used to it being the poor tang di. Hahaha.

Anyway surprize surprize no one dare to ask me about my sister's "wedding annoucement" last night. Not sure during the cny gatherings through. It is again the time for suspense that whether we will meet each other during the cny visiting. I wonder how would it be? We missed each other by a hour last year. It might not be pretty but haha it's cny. It shouldn't be that bad I hope.

Back to the drinking, started drinking at the celebration. Haha my father couldn't drink as he is drinking the company lorry so well decided to accompany him back to Bedok and drink together and watch soccer together - Man Utd vs Portsmouth. Haha my father never watched soccer one, but seems to me, he has taken this interest while drinking in coffeeshop. We only order 4 bottles among ourselves but considering that I already have 4 cans before, and I have not really flushed out the content the night before. The damage is done.

Hahaha superb sehz today. Just rest and relax today. Another round of meeting on Monday, the work load should be toning down le, should be able to relax till cny bah. And then after cny, the trip is getting nearer and nearer...
