New Year Resolution(s)

  • Save Money. I spent way too much on cab fares traveling to work last year. It is a expense that I would want to cut down by waking up early and sleeping early. It was a price to pay to achieve the "so called" work life balance. One of the best thing from the upcoming trip is to know more friends - of coz there are good and not so good ones. But I have learn quite a bit from them le. Like one, who is 3 ranks above me only spend 500 dollars a month. But me seems to be overspending my salary every month. So it's really time for me to do something about it.
  • Lose Weight. My weight has been climbing up since those injury days. I should be grateful that my big boss is paying attention to my weight. My latest BMI has dropped to 26.2. The drop of 0.8 was a baby step, i want to lose even more.
  • Train More. Races are not high on my agenda this year, but training is. I shall be starting soon once the shipment leave Singapore.
  • Improve on my Discipline. Well kinda sound regimental. Haha I meant personal discipline. I failed in the above three aspects for the past year, coz I lacked that personal discipline. Knowing what is right but yet not doing it. Want to save money and yet take cab everyday. Want to lose weight and yet still drinking coke/eating a lot, and not running, etc. You get the point?
  • Improve on my Time Management. To take on more hats, I would need to manage my time better.
