Got the letter. The uncertainty is gone for good. No more 2014. Is now 2039. Good thirty years ahead for me and it's time to really get going. All this reconstruct was distracting work by a bit but not very much. But the new scheme is to my advantage. Under the old scheme, no way that I will get until 2039 after the problematic start of my career.

With that now out of the way, the next thing up ahead is to consider if I should take up further studies. Now since is until 2039, I think I have nothing to lose by applying for another scholarship. I will be trying my luck for sure.

And got my first overseas assignment. It's still months away. But should be confirmed already because I heard it personally from my big big boss. Oh man excited about it already.

There would be many firsts for me. First time taking a aeroplane. First time been to Europe (it feels like a dream that I nv thought would happen, given my family background.) First time away from Singapore for so long - 3 months.

But not without that little bit of stress through, I was highly recommended for the trip. So I got to live up to the expectation now.
