To think that I stay in this estate for so long, I didn't have a run before at Mount Faber and Kent Ridge Park until yesterday afternoon with my poly track mates. Still having a flu but then heck lah, my flu is like there for 2 weeks liao and show no sign of recovering, office is currently having renovation, and from what I know, I have very sensitive nose and so the dust from the renovation is kinda affecting me. Anyway we ran from Mount Faber to Kent Ridge and then back to Mount Faber in the rain, it took us quite a long while because of the slopes which is quite challenging for the ladies and the heavy-sized runner like your truly - and thus I am having all sorta of body aches today. Punishing but oh man I like it in a way, it is good training but no way that I am going to do this on a regular basis. Hahaha.
