DNS again

It's another DNS again. My DNS this year exceeds the number of races that I have actually went. I was prepared and packed my stuff, but then I was having stomach upsets very early this morning, 2 plus in the morning. But that's not the only reason. I have been falling sick superb often for the past 2 months, I have not put in a decent run because of that. I want to enjoy my run, I dun want to go there and clock another personal worst and then complain about it. The truth is that I knew that I am seriously unprepared and so I chose not to go.

In fact, this is the way that I decide to go for the future, I will only sign for races again when I am ready to clock a respectable timing, and having the discipline to train again. It's not gonna easy with this posting as I will spend 3 hours a day travelling, especially that I got to sleep by 9pm or so so that I can wake up early to catch the first train to work.
