Woke up very unwillingly this morning and went back to work in an "empty" camp. Still very tired from yesterday and my neck feeling very "hot" from the sunburn.

Only me and Da Jie went back to work today, we are back despite the formation off because being the admin centre for the camp, we still have to function for the other formations/units which are still working today and there are also servicemen leaving the service today.

Well one of them today is TeeLee. It always feel strange when you got to out-process your own friends. Everything settled within 10 minutes and he become Mr Chia. =D Leaving me with Roentgen left in the camp.

I stayed all the way till 6pm. I managed to get quite a couple of things done in the quiet environment.

Expected to "steer" the section while Da Jie is away in Hong Kong next week, leaving me with a little dilemma on when to clear my off again. Yes my IC is on long term MC again. My Da Jie has personally asked me today to step in to help, because she told me the section is now in "red alert" - the work done is less than the work load, and everything is piling up.

That's partly why i insisted on going back to work today despite all the tiredness and the off - i already know what's happening. I wanted to clear as much things on my end, so i can step in to help the 2 new guys in my section. If not, i would be tied down by my own work and unable to help them in the first place.

Sounds workaholic? Haha maybe i am at times.

If i didn't get it wrong, tml's the wedding of TheLonelyRunner aka TLR, the founder of SGRunners forum and Fd, one of the moderators. Missed their wedding run on National Day due to the commitment in the parade. Wishing they have a blissful marriage this weekend.

Have arranged to meet up with Matthew, my pri sch buddy and Miaomei, another pri sch friend tml evening. Have not met both for years, looking forward into seeing them.
