Went for a jog back at my "homeground" yesterday morning. The same pain at my operated ankle that affects my running on Thursday came back to haunt me again after jogging for 2km or so, and i switching to running on grass for a few rounds before ending for the day.
Yes i have been cautious, maybe overly to some, but my first priority now after stopping running for such a long time is just to gradually get my fitness back, and lose some weights, and not to get injured again.

Washed up and headed home and brought my favourite black carrot cake for breakfast.

Then i headed over to Dreamergal's house for games day yesterday afternoon. Well didn't manage to contact any of them yesterday morning to confirm if it's on. But dreamergal told me over msn on thu night. And so i just headed down to take a look since it's near my place.
Thankfully they are really there. Saw Sotong, Roonz, Tiwazz & Charlotte already there. Saw dreamergal's younger sister, Rachel for the 1st time, she's very cute. Joined them for the makan, though i didn't brought anything coz i wasn't sure. Opps. But the food is enough lah. Ripley was even later than me, coz she got lost.

They played taboo and pictionary which i stayed out coz i know my english vocabulary is limited company. Finally joining them for poker dice after we ended the games day at 6pm.

Got the lift from Sotong to his place, from where i called my father to check his whereabouts. Once confirming that he's still in the warehouse, i took bus 80 to proceed to Kim Chuan Industrial Park to meet up with him.
It's been quite a while since i have catched up with him. The past few weekends have been quite demanding in terms of schedule so i didn't go visit him. Weekdays is a no-go, because this beer delivery/distribution business, very often than not you will end up working till 10pm easily. It's such tough that i saw quite a lot new workers from China since i last went there, very hard to Singaporean willing to work as beer delivery man.

Waited for him to finish, but this time is relatively early. He's ready to go at 8.30pm, i have waited him before until 10pm.

Fetched 2 co-workers to drop them off at Geylang Lor 17 before turning back to Sims Avenue to pick up his girlfriend. And he decided to go to Ah Hoi Kitchen off Guillimard Road where he delivered beer in the afternoon for dinner. Food there is relatively good, and the place is quite deserted with few pp. It's located at a corner and only accessible via a small street, but it stride on offering delivery services.

After finishing eating, returned and found a summon by traffic police. Hahahaha. No comment. Asked him to make a big turn so i can take bus 7 home from in front of city plaza. Sleep along the journey but wake up just before it approached holland road, and managed to alight at the right bus stop before walking home. Went to sleep immediately once i reached home at almost 12mn.

Sunday. Basically after a long day yesterday, today is being declared as the slacker day. Sleep, sleep & more sleep.
