Just back from camp after my Friday regimental duty.

I spent my Thursday evening working overtime. Well actually not really lah, was kinda waiting for someone from the other office, he's using our photocopier to produce 36 copies of really thick documents. I am quite sure that it's almost 100 pages each.
After he's finally done with the photocopying, i decided to skip my SGRunners Westside run altogether and proceed straight to Commonwealth Market for the cheng tng. As my bus reached the bus stop along Farrer Road, it started pouring very heavily. As i already arranged with Tiwazz beforehand, and unable to contact him, i decided to honor my promise and proceed on to the Market.

As i reached there, it was still raining heavily, i didn't see anyone and so i decided to eat my dinner first, and subsequently the cheng tng, while reading my newspaper. Suddenly i looked up and saw Tiwazz & Roonz buying their dinner. And then Balasing appeared. And lastly the driver, the giant Sotong.

Was thinking if the makan is still on during the wait, but i guess the "benchmark" has been set. The cheng tng is on, regardless of the weather. =P

Back to today, i did an additional 1.5 hours duty this morning before i officially handed over my duty at 0932 hrs.

That fellow called at 0758hrs to say that he overslept on the bus. Dunno where is he.

0837 hrs - called and say that he's in Ang Mo Kio.

0911hrs - I called him and questioned about his whereabouts. Claimed that he's the 1st level of the building.

0917hrs- Still nowhere to be found. I went and search for him and find him in the washroom. Still in civilian clothes. I asked him to change and report for duty.

0927hrs- Still not yet reported. I went and took a look - still not ready.

0932hrs- Finally reported and still in his long 4.

The usual practice for us is to report at around 0730-0745hrs and be ready to hand over duty at 0800hrs.

I dun care that he's the personal assistant of my big boss. As far as i am concerned, i am very fed up. I am a generally nice person, 10-15 mins i can close both my eyes and forget it. But 1hr 32 mins is really stepping onto my head, and i am not letting him get away easily. I would make sure that he got reprimanded for the lack of basic discipline.
