Sick. Took MC. Actually was kinda "planned". As in i was sick on sun but i was scheduled for hotline on mon, so i decided to carry on with the hotline with a sore throat. But this morning, totally struggling to wake up and so did the inevitable - it's just sooner or later i need to see the doctor.

For the 3rd time in 2 months, my blood pressure reading wasn't pretty. My diastolic blood pressure (the pressure in your arteries when your heart relaxes between pumps) has exceeded the normal 80 for all the 3 times.

It's real soon that i must do something about it.
