Went for physiotherapy number "n + 1" this morning. Was asked to jog 5 rounds. Well if you are familar with the NUH's rehab centre, well the round is not very big lah. It's less than 200m per lap, and it's full with quite sharp turns. I think that it's deliberate design, coz these turns do gives some indications, clues.
I did 6 rounds instead. 3 rounds each directions. Something i learnt from tiwazz. Hahaha must balance.
I went through the 6 rounds alright. But the pain acclerated whenever i am making those right sharp turns. Thus the conclusion is the ankle still giving problem when it's turn/twist at certain angle, and still weak in coping with the body weight tilting to the right.
The solution is trying to do one leg stand with body weight tilting to the right to try to overcome the problem... Hahaha... Which is kinda hard to do. I tilt right = my ankle will have sharp pain = and very fast i will lost my balance. Hahaha.

I went to Jurong Regional Library after my physiotherapy to borrow books. I dun really read books nowadays, but books & newspapers are indispensable assets when doing weekend 24 hr duties.
No long weekend for me. But well before anyone asks how come i so free to go Library.
I took leave today to make up for my lost weekend. Hahaha. Just kidding lah.

I took leave today because Starhub came and fix up the the DVR-setup box for me. Though it's free, but the terms and conditions looks less friendly. Early termination of one service costs 350 dollars, whereas early termination of both services would cost 700 dollars.
It can only record one show at one time. But but but i think it's still quite a useful device. Especially for soccer fan like me. For example, I can watch one game on ESPN and record the other one on StarSports to watch it when there is no game.
And i already identified the day when i unleash this "secret weapon". Hahaha. None other than this sat when i m doing my duty.

After the setting up, was thinking if i should go out walk walk since i am on leave. But i didn't. Staying home is the best way to save money.
Went to sleep and woke up @ 7pm, time for the SGRunners West Run, hmmm arrrhhh. Still tired from physiotherapy and the nap, so i decide to
SLACK. Hahahaha.

Opps i didn't really jog for the past 2 weeks. Well except this morning.
As explained in a past entry some time ago, i am refiguring my comeback plan and how i should train now. My ankle never really get going in my recent comeback. That make me realise that I cannot train like what i did in the past. It's different, and will never be the same.
So now i think i will run a lot less. Run once or twice a week. And rest for a lot more first.
And gradually figure my way back.
