Didn't go anywhere today. Because i slept @ 5am, i just cant sleep last night. So ended up watching 2 soccer games back to back. So i skipped the BG run as a result (anyway i cant run that long dist anyway), but actually i woke up already @ 7.30am, dun ask me why. And struggled to fall asleep again, and so ended up watching some Chinese drama show from 9am-1pm. Before sleeping again after lunch from 2pm -5pm. Still not enough sleep, better hope that i am able to sleep tonight, if not i am sure to be a zombie tml.

I am planning the comeback. Must really starts from the basic. Not only that my fitness is gone now, my stride is smaller compared to the past, speed is slower, cant last long. Haiz. It's going to be a long long way back.
