Sat.

K, my pri sch friend, told me on friday that she wanted to buy some things at Lavender at around 10 plus, and she will meet me at around 12 there. But i dun mind to join her to shop, so actually i went and reached Lavender at around 10.30am. And then i called her, to my horror, her phone is off, which means that she is still sleeping. Hahaha.

And so patiently i waited for her to wake up to response. Only get the response like around 11.15am. Telling me that she has overslept lah, and asked me to help her get the things instead because the shop opened only for half day. And so i got her interesting stuffs - O2 water, organic coffee, aloe vera (no ideas of what they are, how they work, etc, I only know they are quite expensive since i got to pay first). And started the test of patience - waiting and la coffee.

Thinks this is the 1st time i la coffee so long. I drank 2 coffees at 2 different places as i trying to figure the meeting place that she has described, but i got them both wrong. Hahahaha. I played snake, watch tv while i waited, waited and waited until she called me to tell me that she just arrived and cannot find me. I got the meeting place wrong, hahaha, but it doesn't take long to find her. By the way, she arrived at 1.15pm. Hahahaha. Dun ask me how i managed to wait for her for so long. If it was the me 1 or 2 years ago, i already smoked out or blow my top by then. Now arh, maybe i am more patient and temper-less already. Hahahaha.

Finally we makan our lunch cum breakfast at that coffeeshop, though no more coffee for me, hahahahaha. Then we go walk walk for a while at those HDB shops looking at small gifts/stuff. Before taking bus together to head for SGH.

Reached at SGH at around 3.30pm. Just nice. The time i promised Jolene Kang (Huileng). Took us a while to find block 3, but no problem lah, i am a hospital layout expert (My mother stay SGH, AH, TTH, NUH b4. Me got CGH appt b4. My nieces stay KKH b4, which means i am quite familar with all these 6 hospitals - which i dunno is a good thing or bad thing. Hahahaha. And so we saw her father in the ICU though we got to rotate ourselves to go in. He's getting better but they are waiting for him to stablislize before doing a bypass for him, apparently a balloon was performed in CGH but wasn't well performed and heard that the "balloon" done turned up to be not really a balloon (according to SGH specialists), ended up got some complications, and thus the urgent transfer to SGH-National Heart Centre ICU. Well i guess he will be fine from the looks of it, hoping for him to have a successful bypass operation under the safe and good hands of SGH doctors in the next few days after his conditon stablilize. Not sure if they can cope with the medical bill though, but I somehow feel that they might have a case to complant against CGH.

Then K and I leave at around 5pm for our round 2 of shopping. Hmmm we went Little India. Not really a place u will find me in. But she wanted to get some cream from India for her skin condition and thus I followed loh. Turned out that the trip isn't that bad at all, we saw a lot of interesting creams, and facial products from India. And they are relatively cheap as compared to those western products.
Then we went to Shop in to look at things. I got a new pair of sandals, with no cover/straps, at my ankle area. I guess i dun need to specify why i purposely need to find such sandals. She also got herself a new pair of work shoes.
Also went Sheng siong together to shop for the food required for her company party. Then makan at an Indian eatery before sending her back for the day.

Since it was only 8plus, and i already in Macpherson. I decided to go a long walk to Kim Chuan Industrial Area. It's been quite a while since i went to KH. But orh that walk not funny at all, the up and down of pavements, the uneven-ness of the road, means that my ankle is stretched in funny ways, which means that it's quite a painful walk loh. But i got to go through this as i slowly get used to walking normally.
Finally reached Kim Chuan. and walked to the factory and saw my father and my small uncle, ready to close shop and leave.

So went with my dad to go to my his gf's place to pick her to go over to Geylang for a meal. Before sending her back, and then dropped me to go back myself. Didn't want him to send me all the way to the west since he stays in the east. Informed him about my job situation, and also found out proper the location of my cousin's wedding dinner, coz he only tells me it's somewhere at Marina. Hahaha. So it's at Ritz Carlton, maybe can go find Ironmandreamer that day. Hahahaha.

Today no plan. Quite tired. Maybe because i went out for the whole day yesterday so will just sleep until evening. Then would join my juniors to buy food later. I am in quite a lazy mood today. I haven even packed my stuff for chalet tml. Since cannot afford to go overseas, i am treating this chalet at NSRCC as my mini getaway for the end of the year. Resting and have fun with my track juniors.
