My HDB flat rental is due for extension. Depends on my medical appt outcome tml, either i go back to camp on fri to print my own payslip or ask them to print and mail to me if my mc got extended. And then must wait for my mother to be discharged. Then have to bring her to HDB clementi to extend the tenancy. The rental will increase to 144 dollars, an increase of 81 dollars. *phew* with the prospect of increasing to 240 dollars (if i am earning under 2000) or 336 dollars(if i am earning over 2000) in another 2 years time... What the .... Machaim "forcing" middle lower income pp to buy flat... Sad man, stuck in this neither here nor there group.

Well got to see how things goes i guess... My mother got to be there to extend the tenancy so maybe on the spot i will put up my case of supporting a sick mother. They did mention about a waive on a case by case basis if cannot cope with the increase. So see how loh.
