Today is destined to be a day that i learnt things. While i was having dinner halfway, i saw this person walking past and light up a Cigarette, and takes a puff and walks away quickly with his cigarette on hand. Normal scene around you and me, right? But not when the person is less than 0.9m and is just a 5,6 yr old boy (shall not mention the race). He is too fast for me now, if not i sure chase after him. First look i thought i see things, Second look confirm i not seeing things, third look i am just way too stunned to react.
Why a kid so small is smoking? Where he got the cigarette from? No parental control watsoever? What the .......? It's really S A D to see this.

Unfortunately Alec, you have witnessed a growing and worrying trend... younger people picking up the smoking habit. Hopefully this chappie will not become dependent on the nicotine.
Ya loh. Sad to witness. I still rubbed my eyes to make sure i am not seeing things. Haiz.
