To buy or not to buy.

This question will remains with me until the Budget Day. Been weighting my options. Not only thinking if i can afford, but also what rooms. Well need to consider my future needs.

My father has advised me 3 or 4 room. But i dun really like the idea. I dun need such a big space. And i dun want the situation that someone asking to move in. Coz the last thing i heard is that someone is selling her flat after 5 years (think still got half way to go) to pay debts to credit card companies, banks, Court, etc. U know i know lah, who wants a major ultra super big troublemaker in the house. Me and that someone not in good terms one, sure clash one. So no thanks. Even you give me 1 million dollars to stay with that someone, sorry i will ask you to keep the cash for sure. Haha.

So maybe will find a day to discuss with my father again. I think if i will to buy, i will just buy my present flat. Though it's 2 room flat, my flat belongs to the older days design. Its size of living room is double that size of living room of the newer design. Which means the new 2 room flat is no way near the size of mine. And mine is almost quite close to the size of the new 3 room flat which is getting smaller and smaller. Also rented the flat for quite some time, should have some rebates in the pricing. And ya of coz effectively sealed off the chance of that someone. And i love it here. I am pretty much settled in Ghim Moh. I dun feel like moving again.
