I dun like to repeat this. But this is not the 1st time someone trying to question my downgrade, & why i went for surgery and i dun like pp questioning me. Firstly, i do not have a choice. My IPPT Gold earlier in the year is not being recognised as it's been taken during course (some directives say so it cannot be used) . The only way for me to get an exemption is to go through the IPPT Review Board which the mininum requirement is a downgrade. So do i have a choice not to downgrade? Sit here wait for warning letter for not taking IPPT? Early release?

Sorry to offend anyone here. I just dun like to repeat again and again. It is not on of me trying to downgrade. Faced with a prospect of getting the 1st warning letter (2nd one mean termination) or downgrade, sorry i choose the latter.

I hope this will end any more discussion. And pls dun mention it to me again. I am in a situation that i rather hope that i am not in. I has made the best decision that i was able to make. Thank you for your kind understanding.
